UK Returns & Exchanges
We understand you may choose to return your item for a different size/colour, or in very rare circumstances, for a refund. We want to make this simple for you, so we have a simple exchange or refund policy within 30 days of delivery.
  • Simply let us know about your return - Email us at Info@finleyoriginal.com with basic detail (reason & exchange/refund) & we'll send you the return address to arrange postage to (we recommend using Evri Next day)
  • Ensure your item is unused and with tags.
  • Please re-purpose original packaging where possible, otherwise use a strong mailing bag, box or envelope.
  • Post back to the address we provide you with.
  • Once we receive the return, we'll check it over & process the exchange/refund straightaway.
  • The customer is responsible for return delivery charges, except when there's a fault with the item.
